Role: Sales Manager/ Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram, Sector - 54

Position: Full-Time (10 AM - 7 PM)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by generating leads across various channels (cold calling, social media, networking, campaigns).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional pre- and post-sales service.
• Offer expert advice on real estate investments, market trends, and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the complete transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the team to hit collective sales targets and elevate Provident Capital’s brand.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales and client acquisition.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Attitude: Dynamic, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (Real Estate or related fields preferred).
