We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the operations, sales performance, team management, and growth of multiple branches. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, administration, and business performance across assigned branches. Ensure monthly revenue, admission, and collection targets are achieved by all branches. Monitor and support branch-level in-house sales, telecalling, marketing, faculty, and admin teams. Review performance reports, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular branch visits, team meetings, and training to drive productivity. Resolve student and parent concerns by coordinating with counselors and faculty. Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, process compliance, and student satisfaction. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and positive team culture across branches. Report branch performance to senior management on a daily/weekly basis. Coordinate with the head office for support in HR, marketing, academics, and finance.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counselors to guide students and parents in choosing the right course for their future. Key Responsibilities:Welcome walk-in students and parents, provide detailed information about the courses, and guide them through the admission process. Understand student needs, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable courses. Follow a structured counseling and sales process to convert inquiries into enrollments. Conduct follow-ups with prospects who visited the center or showed interest in joining. Coordinate with the telecalling team for follow-up leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline. Handle inquiries from various sources such as walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, and digital platforms. Maintain student records and reports using internal tools/CRM. Collect fees and complete admission formalities. Support students in understanding the class schedule, faculty coordination, and orientation process. Requirements:Qualification: Any Degree Good communication skills in Tamil (Basic English preferred) Confident, friendly, and customer-oriented personality Passion for sales and career counseling Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM entry, etc.) Ability to work in a target-driven environment Prior experience in sales, counseling, or front office will be an added advantage
