Job Summary: The Customer Support Executive is responsible for guiding students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures. The role also includes handling inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience for all students. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to courses and admissions. Counsel students and parents about educational programs and career paths. Maintain follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Support the admission process and coordinate with the academic team. Maintain records of student data and follow-up status in CRM or Excel. Resolve student queries and provide excellent customer service. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and admissions.
