We are looking for a People Operations Manager to lead the HR operations, implement people strategies, and manage employee experience. The role focuses on streamlining HR functions and ensuring the growth and well-being of employees within the organization. You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, enhancing company culture, and supporting business objectives by fostering an engaged, motivated, and high-performing workforce. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Management: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely talent acquisition. Employee Engagement & Development: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees and managers to identify areas for improvement. Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with organizational values. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including regular employee performance reviews. Work closely with managers to set clear performance expectations and address performance issues. Develop training programs and initiatives for employee skill enhancement and career growth. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Analyze compensation structures and recommend adjustments to remain competitive in the market. Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices. Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Manage employee relations and address workplace conflicts in a constructive and professional manner. Promote a healthy and transparent work environment by encouraging open communication. Provide guidance to managers on addressing employee issues, grievances, and disputes. HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and hiring progress. Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop actionable insights to improve employee operations. Support leadership with data-driven recommendations for enhancing workforce productivity and satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (3+ years) in a People Operations or HR Management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to analyze HR metrics and apply insights to improve business outcomes. Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, performance management systems).
