Job Description

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding and assisting students in choosing the right course or program, handling admission queries, and ensuring smooth enrolment processes. The role focuses on communication, convincing skills, and providing the best counselling experience to students and parents. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries about admissions. Counsel students and parents about available courses, eligibility, and career paths. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain admission records and update databases regularly. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional events. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
