Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Student & Family Guidance- Counsel parents and students on programs, curricula (IB, national, etc.), admission requirements, deadlines, and school culture via phone, email, and meetings.
Application Management-Guide applicants through form completion, review documents (transcripts, essays, recommendations), and manage application status in CRM systems.
Recruitment & Outreach-Represent the school at educational fairs, open houses, and school visits; conduct campus tours and information sessions.
Interviewing & Assessment-Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess fit and answer questions, ensuring alignment with the school's values.
Enrolment Targets-Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and achieve enrolment goals for specific grade levels or programs.
Data & Reporting-Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the admissions database.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or counselling, ideally in an educational/international school setting.
Interpersonal:
Excellent communication (written/verbal), empathy, patience, and presentation skills.
Technical:
Proficiency with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Attributes:
Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, cultural sensitivity, and a proactive approach to recruitment
