Key Responsibilities:

Counselling Excellence: Provide exceptional guidance to students seeking academic and career advice. Address their concerns, questions, and aspirations with empathy, respect, and professionalism.

Walk-In Management: Collaborate with our proactive Business Development Executives to manage the influx of walk-in students. Create a welcoming and supportive environment for these students, ensuring they feel heard and valued.

Individualized Support: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' interests, strengths, and goals. Help them explore various academic programs and career paths based on their unique profiles.

Personal Development: Assist students in identifying their personal strengths and areas for growth. Offer resources and strategies for enhancing their study skills, time management, and overall academic success.

Career Guidance: Help students explore potential career trajectories related to their chosen fields of study. Provide insights into industry trends, job prospects, and necessary skill sets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in any field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to actively listen and understand students' concerns.
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with educational trends, industry developments, and best practices in counseling.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving student needs and college initiatives.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with Admission Executives and other college staff.
• Prior experience in student counselling or similar roles is a plus.
