Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Lead Management

• Make

  100+ outbound calls per day

  to prospective students and parents from provided lead databases
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally
  
• Conduct cold calling and regular follow-ups on assigned leads
  
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM
  
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion performance
  
• Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets
  

Admission Counseling

• Counsel students and parents regarding university programs, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships, and key dates
  
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs
  
• Build trust and long-term relationships with prospective students and parents
  
• Follow up consistently until admission confirmation or closure
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  as an Admission Counselor / Telecaller / Education Sales Executive
• Experience in

  Education or EdTech industry

  preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and relationship-building skills
  
• Target-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette
  
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
