Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate engaging discussions in undergraduate and graduate psychology courses. 2. Design, develop, and update course curriculum and instructional materials in alignment with academic standards. 3. Conduct and supervise research activities in various areas of psychology, encouraging students to participate in research projects. 4. Publish research findings in reputable academic journals and present at conferences to contribute to the field of psychology. 5. Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, supporting their educational and professional development. 6. Participate in departmental meetings, contributing to discussions on program development, curriculum improvements, and faculty activities. 7. Collaborate with faculty members and administration to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the quality of education in the psychology department. 8. Engage in community service and outreach programs to promote psychological knowledge and address local mental health issues. 9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in psychology and incorporate new knowledge into teaching methodologies. 10. Contribute to the universitys academic excellence through participation in committees, accreditation processes, and quality assurance initiatives.
