Job Description

Counsel students and parents about courses, admissions process, and career pathways. Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries and convert them into admissions. Explain course features, benefits, fees, and process clearly. Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong conversion ratios. Maintain daily reports and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly. Build good relationships with students to improve satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with trainers, marketing team, and management for student requirements. Handle front-office duties when required. Achieve monthly admission targets with consistency. Represent the institute positively with good communication and professionalism. Required Skills (Updated):Excellent communication in English & Tamil Strong convincing skills Good leadership skills Confident, extroverted, and able to motivate others Customer handling & problem-solving ability Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM) Ability to work in a target-driven environment Responsible and accountable personality
