🎯 Role Objective:To manage day-to-day branch support activities while providing professional educational counselling to prospective students, ensuring high admission conversion and smooth student experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:🧑🏫 Educational Counselling:Interact with walk-in and telephonic enquiries to guide them about courses, career opportunities, and certifications.
Understand student needs and suggest appropriate courses/programs.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads via calls, messages, and WhatsApp.
🏢 Branch Support & Administration:Assist the Branch Manager in smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain student records, course files, and other administrative documentation.
Coordinate with faculty and accounts for scheduling, fee tracking, and batch planning.
📈 Sales & Conversion:Achieve admission targets set by the management.
Convert potential leads into admissions through structured counselling and follow-up.
Handle basic telecalling, walk-in handling, and CRM updates.
💬 Communication & Coordination:Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.
Coordinate with the Head Office for student updates, batch info, certificates, etc.
Update daily activity reports and conversion data to the Branch Manager.
✅ Skills & Qualifications:Education: Any Graduate (preferred in Arts/Science/Commerce/IT)
Experience: 1–3 years in counselling/sales/support roles (preferred in educational institutions)
Skills:
Strong communication (Tamil & English)
Counselling and selling ability
Multitasking and time management
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp business tools)
