Senior Human Resources Manager

As a Senior Manager Human Resources at Jaipur Rugs, your role will involve overseeing various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing HR Operations & Compliance: - Managing end-to-end HR operations such as employee onboarding, HRIS, and exit formalities. - Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labor laws. - Reviewing and enhancing HR policies and procedures across all business units. - Maintaining accurate HR data and reporting mechanisms. - Coordinating with Finance for salary reconciliation, audits, and compliance documentation. - Managing employee benefits, reimbursements, and full & final settlements efficiently. - Driving Talent Management & Development: - Leading the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions. - Identifying learning and development needs and collaborating with business and L&D teams for implementation. - Supporting leadership development, succession planning, and career progression initiatives. - Fostering Employee Engagement & Culture: - Promoting Jaipur Rugs" values and purpose-driven culture through meaningful engagement initiatives. - Collaborating with leadership to design and implement employee recognition and retention programs. - Acting as a trusted advisor to employees, creating a transparent and supportive workplace environment. Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
