Job Summary:

The Head of Human Resource (HR Mngr) is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate will foster a high-performance culture and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

o Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals.

o Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on people-related matters.

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

o Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.

o Forecast workforce needs and develop talent pipelines.

• Organizational Development:

o Lead change management initiatives and drive cultural transformation.

o Design and implement organizational structures and career development programs.

• Performance Management:

o Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of performance appraisal systems.

o Align individual and team performance with organizational goals.

• Compensation & Benefits:

o Design competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.

o Monitor and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

• Employee Relations:

o Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

o Handle complex employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

o Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws and standards.

o Manage audits, investigations, and legal compliance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 9+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in [industry] preferred.
