About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Core Banking Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications for core banking environments
• Translate business and technical requirements into functional software solutions
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions using Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Work on Web Services, SOA, RESTful APIs, HTTP integrations, and Microservices-based architectures
• Use development tools like Eclipse, JUnit, and JMeter for building and performance testing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams for software design and integration
• Support implementation, unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT cycles
• Prepare technical documentation including solution design, architecture, and status reports
• Adhere to code versioning, change control, and Oracle/client compliance and quality standards

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Oracle SQL / PL-SQL

  (stored procedures, triggers, views)
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript

  ,

  XML

  , and integration via

  Web Services (SOAP/REST)

• Experience working with SOA, Microservices

  , and

  Eventing frameworks

• Familiarity with Oracle Database tools

  and basic database administration
• Exposure to

  JUnit

  ,

  JMeter

  , or similar testing and performance tools
• Working knowledge of

  Eclipse IDE

  and

  UML modeling tools

• Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS

  is highly preferred

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Core Banking software development and support

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS
• Prior experience in banking IT environments with global delivery models
