Responsibilities

• On-site Training & Consulting clients on Operational Excellence concepts order to help them create world-class organizations
• Lead/ drive insights from deep dive assessment at client site
• Proposal preparation and bring strong insights out of the data analysis
• Proactively communicate with client in order to best define customized lean solutions
• Making presentations and case studies on World-class manufacturing practices

Required Candidate profile

• Thorough knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, and Business processes
• Bachelor or Masters in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent (or min of 4-5 years-experience in similar role)
• Be the focal point for delivering end-to-end consulting projects for clients in the areas of productivity enhancement, cost optimization, maintenance, inventory and change management
• Ability to operate at the strategic level yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to execution team
• Track record of leading teams, Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong problem solver and creative thinker Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
