🔍 Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our Apple retail experience — helping customers explore, understand, and choose the perfect Apple products and accessories. You’ll engage directly with walk-in customers, promote exciting trade-in and upgrade offers, and deliver outstanding service every day.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Engage and educate customers on Apple products, iOS features, and accessories.

Promote trade-in, pre-owned, and upgrade programs.

Identify customer needs and offer the right Apple solutions.

Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest Apple product launches and tech trends.

Maintain grooming and brand presentation standards.

✅ Requirements

Education: Graduate or Diploma holder.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail or consumer electronics sales.

Strong technical understanding (Apple experience is a plus!).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, customer-focused, and goal-driven personality.
