Manager - People and Culture (HR)

Role Overview: As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, managing the employee life cycle, overseeing HR policies and legal compliance, handling grievance management, and conducting employee engagement activities. You will collaborate with leadership to align organizational development strategies and drive the organizational culture in line with Propacity's values and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment, including JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. - Manage the employee life cycle, including induction, engagement, performance appraisal, and exit formalities. - Oversee HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and maintain updated HR documentation. - Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. - Conduct periodic employee engagement activities and feedback sessions. - Work closely with leadership to align organizational development strategies. - Maintain HRIS systems, generate periodic HR reports, and dashboards. - Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower planning and training needs. - Drive organizational culture in line with Propacity's values and business growth.
