Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and future-focused HR Manager to lead high-potential (HiPo) management, employee engagement, internal job postings (IJP), and talent mobility initiatives. This role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and deploying high-potential employees at the early career (Band 1) level, ensuring their growth is aligned with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in workforce analytics, internal talent movement, and inclusive talent strategies, with a strong orientation towards digital HR transformation. Flexibility to operate in extended or rotational shifts is essential to support business continuity in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

High-Potential (HiPo) Management, Engagement & Deployment (Band 1 – Delivery)

  • Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and L&D to identify and engage high-potential employees.
  • Design and implement scalable HiPo engagement and development frameworks at the Band 1 level.
  • Drive execution of individual development plans, stretch assignments, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
  • Track HiPo progress, success outcomes, and deployment through real-time dashboards and workforce insights.

Internal Job Posting (IJP) & Talent Mobility

  • Manage the end-to-end IJP process with a focus on transparency, fairness, and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify, assess, and deploy internal talent for open roles.
  • Facilitate internal interviews and ensure alignment between candidate capabilities and role expectations.
  • Offer constructive feedback and career guidance to internal applicants.
  • Monitor internal hiring metrics and promote mobility through communication campaigns and success stories.

Future Workforce & Technology Enablement

  • Champion the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance HiPo management and internal mobility.
  • Stay informed on emerging workforce trends (e.g., AI in HR, multigenerational workforce) and integrate these into talent strategies.
  • Partner with HR Tech teams to improve employee experience via automation and digital enablement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Talent Strategy

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Recruiters, HRBPs, and L&D on internal talent identification, movement, and development.
  • Facilitate strategic leadership discussions on talent gaps, capability building, and organizational readiness.
  • Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into all HiPo and internal mobility processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, internal growth, and career ownership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in talent management, HiPo management or workforce planning.
  • Strong proficiency in HR analytics, workforce planning tools, and HRIS systems 
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of organizational design, career architecture, and modern talent frameworks.
  • Flexibility to support extended shifts in alignment with business needs.
