As a Tech - HRBP at Angel One, you will be responsible for providing extensive HR partnering to the employees in the Direct Business teams throughout the employee life cycle. Your role will involve collaborating with COE teams to execute HR activities such as performance management, talent planning, compensation, promotions, and other aspects to align with organizational goals. You will be tasked with creating HR metrics dashboards focusing on org health, hiring, ER updates, LnD initiatives, and providing leaders with proactive solutions to address people's challenges, fostering a positive work environment.
