Position: Account Executive Location: Pune Experience: 3 to 4 years Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Financial Management: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and petty cash records. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, and adjustments. 2. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. 3. Vendor & Client Management: Reconcile vendor statements and process payments on time. Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, or CA Inter preferred). Experience: 3 -5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar). Familiarity with taxation laws, GST, TDS, and compliance regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
