Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer- L2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and business applications.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and user accounts.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory or equivalent tools.
  • Support email configuration and troubleshooting, particularly Microsoft Outlook or Office 365.
  • Perform system upgrades, software updates, and routine maintenance.
  • Assist with data backup, antivirus scanning, and system recovery processes.
  • Maintain inventory records of IT assets and track support requests using ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with remote IT teams for escalations and documentation of common issues.


Requirements:

  • Diploma 3 years/ Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • 1.5 –2.5 years’ experience in IT support/ Desktop Support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, Configuration, communication, and teamwork skills.
