Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer- L2

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and business applications.
Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and user accounts.
Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory or equivalent tools.
Support email configuration and troubleshooting, particularly Microsoft Outlook or Office 365.
Perform system upgrades, software updates, and routine maintenance.
Assist with data backup, antivirus scanning, and system recovery processes.
Maintain inventory records of IT assets and track support requests using ticketing systems.
Collaborate with remote IT teams for escalations and documentation of common issues.

Requirements:

Diploma 3 years/ Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
1.5 –2.5 years’ experience in IT support/ Desktop Support.
Strong troubleshooting, Configuration, communication, and teamwork skills.
