About the Role

Leverage your demonstrated track record of selling both SaaS and on-premises enterprise solutions to healthcare, education and corporate enterprise sectors to cultivate and sustain strong relationships within our industry.



Responsibilities

  • Generate a business plan, provide forecasting data and continue manage to plan as product and market dynamics change
  • Manage complex, enterprise solution sales opportunities involving 6-12+ month sales cycles
  • Develop deep understanding of market trends & opportunities and build frameworks to prioritize most promising opportunities.
  • Research and obtain market intelligence with respect to customer needs in a particular application environment as well as competitive offerings and product opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and Managing Director to ensure efficient and will be responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for agreed targets
  • Will be responsible for keeping our sales contracts up to date and for checking all sales contracts prior to signature to ensure company policies are upheld
  • Will be expected to lead enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinate
  • Will be expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the CRM systems are accurately updated and that the required documentation is completed by you and your team for all new business opportunities
  • Will develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing agency relationships
  • To cover potential business hubs, map the accounts and develop business opportunities.
  • Sales & Business Development against given targets.
  • Market Evaluation for competition scenario and for new business opportunities
  • Identification of opportunities and closure of the same.
  • In depth coverage and account management in new accounts for new line of businesses.
  • Account & Relationship Management. Managing CXO& corporate relationships.


Key skills and experience required:


  • Should Have a good understanding & knowledge of Enterprise / B2B business.
  • Majority experience in Farming & Hunting Sales & business development.
  • Should have knowledge of latest products & technologies available in the enterprise market space.
  • Should be able to envisage a solution around the pain areas of the customer.
  • Should know the nuances of Quarterly / Annuity business.
  • Proven track record of achieving the given sales targets.
  • Capability to work in a team & build cross functional synergy.
  • Demonstrated networking skills with clients across industries.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in hunting & selling IT Managed Services offerings.
  • Experience in selling in Corporates & large Enterprise Space.
  • Demonstrate managing CXO/CIO engagements.
