We are now hiring four dynamic Business Development Managers , each aligned to one of our core verticals: 2 Managers for Leadership Coaching & Corporate Training 2 Managers for Management Consulting Services Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Outreach Identify high-potential prospects through research, referrals, networks, and campaigns Initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers (CXOs, HR heads, Strategy Leads) to understand business needs 2. Solution Pitching & Proposal Customization Collaborate with internal teams to co-create tailored solutions that address specific client challenges Build powerful decks, concept notes, and commercial proposals to drive high-conversion client pitches 3. Sales Process Ownership Drive the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure Track sales pipeline, revenue progress, and conversion metrics using CRM or structured reporting tools 4. Stakeholder Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust, service orientation, and solution value Stay actively engaged post-closure to ensure delivery satisfaction and future upselling opportunities 5. Industry & Market Intelligence Stay informed about trends in leadership, training, business consulting, and enterprise needs Share client feedback, market shifts, and new demands with internal strategy and delivery teams 6. Revenue Growth & Target Ownership Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets aligned to the assigned vertical Continuously identify opportunities to increase wallet share from key client accounts Manager 1 & 2 Leadership Coaching & Corporate Training: Youll represent premium services including: Executive Coaching, Leadership Development Programs, Communication & Behavioral Skills Workshops Capability-building programs for CXOs, mid-managers, and emerging leaders Preferred Background: Experience selling coaching, L&D programs, or working with HR, L&D, or capability development heads in corporates. Manager 3 & 4 Management Consulting Services Youll represent consulting offerings in: Business Strategy, Sales Acceleration, Operational Efficiency, Channel Growth & Market Expansion Advisory-led engagements for business transformation and enterprise growt Preferred Background: Experience selling consulting or strategic services to mid/large enterprises, or working closely with business heads.
