Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Mobility Operations (Remote)

• Manage end-to-end

  supply chain operations

  for driver-partner and vehicle availability across assigned regions.
• Develop strategies to ensure

  balanced supply-demand ratio

  in each operating city.
• Lead

  driver onboarding, training, and retention

  processes.
• Coordinate with the

  business development and operations teams

  to streamline vehicle supply.
• Monitor key performance metrics (fleet utilization, driver productivity, etc.).
• Identify and onboard new vehicle partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Handle

  logistics, fleet allocation, and performance tracking

  through CRM tools.
• Implement cost-effective supply strategies to achieve company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor agreements, and government regulations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management

  , or related field.

• 46 years

  of experience in supply chain or fleet management (preferably in mobility, logistics, or car rental sector).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making

  .
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a

  remote environment

  and manage multiple cities operations.
