We are expanding our operations and looking for dynamic professionals to manage and optimize our vehicle supply chain network. Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage all supply-side operations from driver onboarding and vehicle procurement to regional performance tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between demand and supply, optimize utilization, and drive operational excellence across multiple cities. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for driver-partner and vehicle availability across assigned regions. Develop strategies to ensure balanced supply-demand ratio in each operating city. Lead driver onboarding, training, and retention processes. Coordinate with the business development and operations teams to streamline vehicle supply. Monitor key performance metrics (fleet utilization, driver productivity, etc.). Identify and onboard new vehicle partners, vendors, and suppliers. Handle logistics, fleet allocation, and performance tracking through CRM tools. Implement cost-effective supply strategies to achieve company goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor agreements, and government regulations. Key Skills & Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management , or related field. 46 years of experience in supply chain or fleet management (preferably in mobility, logistics, or car rental sector). Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making . Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
