Event Management EUS + Service Desk L2

As a Service Desk Support Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for following Service Desk standards and norms to consistently produce effective results and ensure control and risk reduction. Your competence level is expected to be at least Competent to Expert. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate knowledge of the processes and domains managed, ranging from Competent to Expert level - Engage with external parties such as RCP, vendors, and IT service providers - Follow up with the concerned team to resolve out-of-scope issues promptly, aiming for quick resolutions to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction Qualification Required: - Educational Qualifications: BSC / BE or equivalent.
