Banking & Reconciliation · Handle bank payments, deposits, and reconciliations. · Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely supplier payments. · Support in managing LC (Letter of Credit) or bank guarantee documentation, if applicable. 5. Audit & Reporting · Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal and external auditors. · Support management with accurate and timely MIS (Management Information System) reports. · Maintain organized records and supporting documents for all financial activities. Key Skills & Competencies · Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Tally, ERP, or SAP experience preferred). · Understanding of manufacturing accounting — inventory, costing, and production cycles. · Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. · Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. · Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment. · Good communication and analytical skills. Education & Experience · Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com). · 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector . · Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance is desirable.
