Job summary: We are looking for a HR Executive. You will take ownership of HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. Role & responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings. Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Facilitate new employee orientation programs Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process collaborating with employee and managers to take the feedback. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making. Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee morale and job satisfaction. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using HRIS and MS Office applications.
