Job Description:  
As a Lead HR Advisor II at Lumen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping employee experiences and driving HR initiatives across the organization. You will provide strategic HR guidance to leadership and employees, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values. You will be responsible for managing complex employee relations issues, implementing HR policies and programs, and fostering a culture of inclusion and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.  
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving performance and development initiatives.   - Lead and support employee relations investigations, ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.   - Implement and communicate HR programs and policies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization.   - Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.   - Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent.   - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.   - Stay current with HR best practices, legal changes, and industry trends to provide informed guidance.

Skills and Tools Required:  
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.   - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.   - Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.   - Experience in conducting employee relations investigations and implementing corrective actions.   - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).   - Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.   - Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.   - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
