Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice - HR in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in managing front office operations, including reception and guest service.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including employee data and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve hotel performance.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with colleagues and guests.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
