Apprentice - HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction processes.

• Employee Engagement:

• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
• Gather feedback from employees to improve workplace culture.

• HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
• Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and exit formalities.
• Support payroll and attendance management processes.

• Training and Development:

• Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records.
• Provide support in organizing training sessions and workshops.

• HR Compliance and Policies:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for compliance audits.

• Other Responsibilities:

• Respond to employee queries regarding HR processes and policies.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
