Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Develop and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and timelines.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.-Test Automation with Selenium or Cucumber or robot framework, VB.Net, BDD, Java or Python, One Identity platform knowledge/experience is a plus Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cucumber (Software).- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.- Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.- Develops automated tests in-sprint or in design & build- Participates in dev code reviews- Create/maintain/execute automated processes, implement testing best practices- Ensure automated processes reflect the latest code changes (i.e., defect fixes, change requests, etc.)- Work with squad members to clarify business process intent and accuracy- Participate in peer reviews and lead functional reviews Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cucumber (Software).- Test Automation with Selenium or Cucumber or robot framework, VB.Net, BDD, Java or Python, One Identity platform knowledge/experience is a plus- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
