Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. Handle employee lifecycle management , including confirmations, transfers, and exits. Oversee payroll coordination and ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Maintain accurate HRMS records and employee data. Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures . Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
