Key Responsibilities
1.
- Drive onboarding, induction, exit management, and F&F processes.
- Maintain employee master data, tracker dashboards, policy updates, and HR drive folders.
- Support preparation of appraisal matrices and performance review templates.
- Lead HR documentation, policy communication, and data analytics.
2. Payroll, Leave, and Statutory Compliance
- Manage monthly payroll inputs (attendance, reimbursements, variable pay, etc.).
- Coordinate with finance and PF/ESIC consultants for accurate and timely filings.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and maintain statutory registers.
3. Assistance with Talent Acquisition & Staffing
- Help create and manage job postings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Upwork, and others.
- Own hiring dashboards, manage subscriptions and recruitment budgets.
- Assist with screening, engaging, and coordinating interviews and feedback loops with internal teams.
- Manage offers, onboarding, and hiring documentation.
- Liaise with client HR / Business teams for staffing mandates, interviews, and onboarding.
4. Training & Learning Management
- Create and manage monthly and quarterly
training
calendars
. - Arrange internal and external sessions, track participation and feedback.
- Maintain logs of learning hours, trainer evaluations, and development metrics.
- Support leadership in defining role-wise skill enhancement goals.
5. People Engagement & Community Initiatives
- Plan and execute engagement activities team town halls, celebrations, offsites, and cultural programs.
- Build community-building rituals, welcome experiences, and recognition frameworks.
- Maintain pulse check-ins and support company-wide engagement surveys.
6. Enhancement of HR Systems & Compliance Frameworks
- Lead the optimization of
Zoho
People
, covering attendance, leave, performance, and employee records. - Customize workflows, dashboards, and approval structures.
- Drive process compliance for
ISO
27001
(existing) and implementation of CMMI
(new), or similar frameworks. - Maintain audit-ready documentation, version-controlled policies, SOPs, and logs.
- Coordinate with internal and external audit teams.
7. Employee Infrastructure & Facilities Management
- Coordinate IT asset allocation, repair, and recovery (laptops, email access, tools).
- Manage travel arrangements (flight, accommodation, logistics) for employees and visitors.
- Support day-to-day facility coordination with vendors and admin staff.
8. Employee Feedback, Grievances & Communication
- Create trusted channels for feedback and resolution (one-on-one, forms, anonymous).
- Mediate employee concerns and collaborate with leadership on timely resolution.
- Strengthen manager communication and feedback structures across departments.
- Maintain logs of grievance redressal and improvements actioned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar roles.
- Prior experience in a
technology
company,
SaaS,
product
engineering,
or
consulting
environment
is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in

, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Exposure to

tools
or
HR
automation
platforms
is a plus. - Strong understanding of HR compliance, labour laws, and audit readiness.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
