Position: AI Platform Engineer

Agentic AI Applications for Financial Planning & Analysis Workflows

Location: Nashik / Pune | Reports To: Head of Products / CTO

Architect the next-gen CFO copilots with Agentic AI! Design autonomous workflows that interpret business questions, generate SQL, trigger actions, and learn from feedback using LLMs, Langchain, and your data engineering smarts.if you're fluent in Python, vector stores, and middleware magic this is your playground.

Key Job Responsibilities

1.Agentic AI Development

• Build and orchestrate AI Agents for financial workflows: budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, alerts, variance reporting, analysis & insight generation

• Design multi-step prompt flows, agent memory, tools integration (Langchain, OpenRouter)

2.LLM Applications & Context Engineering

• Integrate models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini for domain-specific tasks (including open source models like LLaMA, Mistral etc.)

• Implement RAG pipelines to query structured/validated datasets (or different layers including gold layer in medallion architecture)

3.Conversational Interfaces

• Build & evolve AI Chat Assistants for business users (sales, collections, CFO)

• Work on Backend Integration, response streaming, conversational context memory, prompt logging

4.Data Engineering for AI

• Create ETL/ELT pipelines to sync data from CRMs, ERPs (SAP/Oracle), accounting tools (Xero, Zoho), and custom SQL warehouses. Design AI APIs to integrate with the relevant financial tools and platforms.

• Use Medallion Architecture (Bronze Silver Gold) as backbone

5.Auto-Digest & Exception Reporting Engines

• Design and automate insight digests via scheduled bots (email/WhatsApp)

• Use ML to detect anomalies, spikes, drop-offs in KPIs

6.Cloud Deployment & DevOps

Deploy AI systems using Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, or Supabase

Containerize agents and services for production, CI/CD-enabled releases

7.Security & Compliance

• Enforce guardrails, OpenAI Moderation, PII masking

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001 for enterprise-grade deployments

8.Agentic AI in Automation & EPM

• Build AI agents that autonomously trigger downstream actions in digital transformation flows (e.g., approval workflows, reconciliations, alert generation)

• Develop agent-based assistants embedded in Budgeting & EPM modules driver-based planning, cost center-level consolidation, exception handling

• Multi-Agent Orchestration: Develop intelligent AI agents that collaborate for financial insights, risk assessment, and decision automation.

9.Unstructured Data Integration

• Work on ingestion and transformation of unstructured sources: PDFs, emails, chat transcripts, audit notes, scanned docs

• Build OCR pipelines and vector-based semantic search on non-tabular inputs

10.Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics

• Create ML models for demand forecasting, customer churn, revenue prediction, and collection delays, cash flow prediction

• Integrate deep learning (LSTM, transformers) into insight workflows with real-time triggers

11.Optimization & Efficiency Modules

• Build optimization models (linear/integer programming) for budget allocation, cost control, working capital management

• Design AI flows that reduce manual work and turnaround time in reporting, audit, and reconciliation tasks

12. Continual Learning & Feedback Loop

• Establish systems for AI feedback learning from user ratings (thumbs up/down, rephrased prompts)

• Maintain prompt knowledge database to auto-tune based on outcomes and human-in-the-loop reviewsRole & responsibilities
