Role Overview As a UX/UI Designer at Frinks AI, you will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences for our AI powered SaaS platform, ensuring seamless interaction across mobile and web applications. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will create high-quality, engaging interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD. Your expertise in user research, wireframing, and prototyping will help craft visually appealing and functionally effective designs for our tech-driven products. Key Responsibility User Experience & Research: Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and implement design strategies to enhance usability Mobile & Web Application Design Create modern, responsive, and engaging UI/UX designs for our AI powered applications Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate user flows and design concepts Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into visually appealing and functional designs Design Consistency: Maintain and enhance design systems to ensure consistency across different digital products Usability Testing: Conduct A/B testing and user testing to validate design decisions and improve product experience Iterative Improvements: Continuously refine designs based on data insights, user behavior, and business goals. Key Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a tech company. Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for designing and prototyping. User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and design best practices. Mobile & Web Expertise: Experience in designing mobile applications and web platforms with a strong focus on responsiveness. Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
