Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team at Biz Notel By Pride, located in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures.
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
