The Role

We’re looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across recruitment, payroll coordination, and core HR operations while being part of a dynamic and collaborative workplace.Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build strong sourcing strategies via networking, referrals, job boards, and social media.
  • Conduct HR rounds, negotiate offers, and roll out offer letters.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.
  • Drive campus hiring initiatives & maintain strong relationships with universities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely closures.
  • Organize fun and engaging employee engagement activities.

Payroll Coordination & HR Operations

  • Collect and verify attendance, leave data, and variable inputs for payroll.
  • Coordinate with the payroll/finance team and vendors for accurate salary disbursements.
  • Work on HRMS/payroll software to input, validate, and maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
  • Respond to employee queries on salary, reimbursements, and deductions.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records for payroll and audits.
  • Support performance management and HR policy implementation.

Ideal Profile

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 1.5–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Payroll coordination & HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software (e.g., SAP, Darwinbox, greytHR, Keka, etc.).
  • Good understanding of payroll processes & statutory compliances.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A good sense of humor is always welcome.
