Job Description

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support organizational growth and success within the country..
  • Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to HR teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with global HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs, talent gaps, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Partner with talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to service and retain top talent across diverse geographies.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies, including performance management, career development, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Assist on compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HR management to ensure compliance and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Responsible for managing employee grievance/escalation reaching the team through various leadership channels
  • Facilitate grievance handling: counselling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 + years of progressive HR management experience, with a focus on the BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and regulations, with the ability to navigate cultural and legal differences effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and manage complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
