Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market HR trends and compensation benchmarking.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Design and execute training & development programs for skill enhancement and leadership growth.

• Manage payroll and ensure statutory compliance across all HR functions.

• Implement and monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Conduct performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to build an effective HR framework for organizational growth.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, and performance management systems.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple HR functions and drive organizational change.
