As a Senior HR Manager at HIGHLIFE FINSERV, your role is vital in developing and implementing an HR Strategy to foster a culture of teamwork, service, quality, transparency, innovation, and inclusiveness. You will play a significant part in shaping the HR function by formulating sound HR policies, establishing user-friendly systems, and providing life cycle support to the dynamic HIGHLIFE team. Here's an overview of what will be expected from you: **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitating various human resources processes to ensure organizational effectiveness - Managing HR programs and services to maximize their impact - Addressing inquiries and concerns from employees and managers promptly - Overseeing performance reviews, terminations, recruitment, and interviews - Organizing safety and security awareness trainings for staff and identifying specialized training needs - Collaborating with the Director and leadership team on strategic HR initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field - Proficiency in HR compliance, employment laws, and regulations - Strong computer skills, including Excel and database management - Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude - Agility, innovation, and attention to detail - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with maturity - Outstanding organizational skills This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
