Senior Manager - HR

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.
• Support business needs through talent development, employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs.
• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive and inclusive working environment that promotes collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives productivity and growth.
• Maintain compensation structures, pay plans, and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Report HR metrics to management and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of HR management and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
• Oversee employee health, safety, and well-being programs to enhance organizational sustainability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in HR operations management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, benefits, compliance, and labor laws.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and HR reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple HR processes and ensure smooth operational workflows.
