About the Role

IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures across multiple IT skill sets.
Handle
both Subcontracting and FTE
recruitment models efficiently.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting
, and internal databases.
Build and maintain
robust candidate pipelines
for ongoing and upcoming positions.
Partner with
account managers and delivery teams
to meet client hiring requirements and SLA timelines.
Ensure
timely closures
and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in
ATS and internal systems
.
(For Senior Role) Mentor junior recruiters, monitor performance, and ensure quality hiring outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

IT Recruiter:

Hands-on experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
.
Proven expertise in sourcing and closing roles in
Cloud, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Product Engineering
domains.
Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting
Global System Integrator (GSI)
or large enterprise accounts.
Knowledge of
IT market trends
, emerging technologies, and talent mapping.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven
environment.
