About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end technical hiring across multiple business units. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing skills, a solid understanding of IT roles, and the ability to engage and evaluate top technical talent effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Recruit for a variety of IT roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps/Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and Support Engineers.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, internal databases, and referrals.
• Conduct initial HR and preliminary technical screenings via phone or video.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, schedule interviews, and gather timely feedback.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth and timely closures of all assigned positions.
• Manage salary discussions, finalize offers, and support onboarding as needed.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and other documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, and related domains.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster) and sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
• Solid evaluation and decision-making abilities in technical hiring.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management with both candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in HR preferred.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (corporate or consultancy).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
