The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building a strong talent pipeline for diverse IT roles. Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate fit. Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → interviews → offers → onboarding. Maintain candidate database and provide regular hiring reports. Requirements: 6 months–3 years of IT recruitment experience (agency/corporate). Knowledge of IT skills/technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic staffing and recruitment market . Visit client offices to pitch staffing solutions and generate new accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR and business stakeholders. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team for successful delivery. Manage the entire business development cycle – lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and closures. Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for new client acquisition and revenue. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the domestic staffing space.
