Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

    domestic staffing and recruitment market

  • Visit client offices to pitch staffing solutions and generate new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team for successful delivery.
  • Manage the entire business development cycle – lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and closures.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for new client acquisition and revenue.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the domestic staffing space.
