Job Description

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates within the given timelines.
Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred, non-IT backgrounds also welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Candidates restarting their careers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
