Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring Senior IT Recruiters to join our Domestic Staffing team in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for niche and super-niche IT requirements across Cloud, Data, ERP, and Emerging Technologies. Youll be responsible for driving Subcontracting and Full-Time (FTE) hiring models while working closely with top Global System Integrators (GSIs) and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures across multiple IT skill sets.
Handle both Subcontracting and FTE recruitment models efficiently.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming positions.
Partner with account managers and delivery teams to meet client hiring requirements and SLA timelines.
Ensure timely closures and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in ATS and internal systems.
(For Senior Role) Mentor junior recruiters, monitor performance, and ensure quality hiring outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Senior IT Recruiter:

Hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Proven expertise in sourcing and closing roles in Cloud, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Product Engineering domains.
Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting Global System Integrator (GSI) or large enterprise accounts.
Knowledge of IT market trends, emerging technologies, and talent mapping.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
