Job Description

Role & responsibilities Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media platforms (LinkedIn), and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for various non-IT roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified profiles within specified timelines. 1-4 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment for Non-IT roles. Solid understanding of the US job market and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099). Experience recruiting in domains like healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, retail, banking or finance . Preferred candidate profile Should have experience into US Non IT Recruitment. Should be comfortable working for US Shift.
