Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, QA, etc.)
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
  
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
  
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
  
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  
• Use ATS and recruitment metrics to track progress and improve hiring efficiency
  
• Stay updated on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices
  
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to recruitment best practices
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• 5–6+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment
  
• Proven experience hiring for mid to senior-level technical roles
  
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
  
• Experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
  
• Strong understanding of current technology stacks and IT hiring trends
  

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for niche or emerging technologies
  
• Exposure to global or high-volume hiring
  
• Background in staffing/consulting firms or product-based companies
  
• Employer branding or campus hiring experience
